Hello,
I have a 2003 Aurora the driver information center display stopped working. Following a video I found online I pulled the dash apart to see if it was something obvious, but could not find anything. However. afterwards the radio stopped working, buttons light up but no display, so I would think this would mean its getting power. It does not say LOC either. I took dash apart again and everything looks as it should, plus I checked fuses but could only find 2 related to the radio, one is labeled CD and the other amplifier both were fine. Does anyone have any suggestions on either issue?

The DIC gets power from the IP and IGN3 circuits, so I would assume it's not fuse related unless you're having other cluster issues. It could be a bad solder joint for the LCD, bad ON/OFF switch, or poor/no data communication. Really need a Tech2 for this one...
No idea on the radio, sorry.
Hate to ask but, they're both switched on right?
