Well first, welcome to the ACNA!
Your low coolant and service stability messages are pretty common issues for these vehicles. Need a little more info about the windows.
The low coolant message could be caused by a bad connector or damaged wiring, but it's most commonly a stuck level sensor. The sensor is a float in the bottom of the reservoir. Over time, sediment will build up and make the float stick in the 'low' position. You can remove the tank and try to clean it, but ultimately, the best fix is to just replace it.
If you don't have any other lights or messages related to the stability system (ABS, TRAC OFF, etc.), it's most likely a bad or failing steering wheel position sensor.
Are you saying the rear window switches do not operate the rear windows, but the driver's switch does? If so, work the window lock switch back and forth a few times. May need to be replaced though.

Id recommend getting either a scan tool that can read those codes or finding someone who can. Replacing things and guessing can get expensive.

Auroragirl is 100% spot on. No need to just throw parts at the problem. I see people try this everyday and do my best to convince them otherwise.

hello, new to forum. just picked up a 1998 at auction about a month ago. I got it for my son for his senior year in high school but I'm really thinking about keeping it for myself
