Does a PDF file exist for the FSM on a 2001 Aurora (4.0)? They are a lot faster for looking up information. My A/C took a crap and now I need some numbers before I start to repair it. I'm amazed with the complexity of technology that I couldn't find one in the wild. heck I was searching for differential fluid capacities for my truck and ended up downloading a 9,000 page factory service manual. Yes it is newer but still a win.
What is the operational outline of the A/C HVAC system? Ex: X communicates value y with ecm enabling z to open and bcm to engage w. (I'm not asking you to photocopy 60 pages just generalize it if possible)
At what pressures does the switch open/close? What is the test procedure (usually a resistance test on the pins) and it's corresponding nominal values?
Usually there is a table with relation to humidity and temperature with high/low pressures and performance. Would anyone be able to copy that for me?
There is normally a quick and dirty non detailed overview diagnostic table in all FSMs. With this electrical nightmare, this is must. Would anyone be able to copy that for me?
What's the specifications for oil/refrigerant/clutch coil current draw? (My tag is worrn out)
Thank you in advance

There are (were) digital copies of the FSM floating around. And AllData is always an option... And I could scan a few pages for you if I ever get my Vol. 1 back (on loan currently).
FWIW, 35 oz. R-134a, 9 oz. PAG-150. Don't know the rated compressor clutch draw, but it's on a 15A fuse, haha!

I could get it for you but for a '99, not sure what numbers would be interchangeable. Did you check eBay for an FSM?

I know its necrobumping, but it's my thread and it can help someone later. Best advice is to just buy the manual. There is a PDF on ebay from Bishko. The ac system is a nightmare and you can not get enough pictures from others to diagnose it as the chapter is 233 pages long. A tech2 cuts the job in half 8 times when you discover the hvac controls from the IPM.
