So I have my Aurora....
Well it’s my second... I had one at 16, that I had sold... almost 200k!
Anyways... I bought another 1300$, new control arms, belt... ect and it’s a nice winter car 👍. Well anyways... just put a new subframe on the thing and it’s actually a pretty damn solid driving car now!!! Well I now know how to paint cars... and well it’s a shame to have one car that doesn’t meet the same standard of clean as my others...
I was thinking... blue 🤔 but not Aurora blue... the right color hasn’t been chosen... anyone else paint one of these?!

Hey welcome aboard, yeah I myself want to paint my car, it's definitely time. Would like a snow flake white color but unfortunately my car original color is gold or Capachino. Anyhow check out the site and enjoy.

Just like to share some update photos... Since it’s not a 1:1 First Corvette or anything... I thought it be fun to add some personal touches. Here’s what an Aurora will look like with hood scoops 😂

On my mobile phone I just scroll down to bottom right of page and select "DESKTOP". Then I can add pictures under "IMAGE TO POST". Should work.

I've only seen two people on the site paint an Aurora a new color. One was an orange with a lot of flake and the other was a gunmetal grey. I did once see one driving that was a really bright blue.

I for one, thought the orange one was well done. (I would have described it as "copper.") I think you are forgetting lanceslambos... but he has some pretty dramatic ideas.
I suspect most of us are discouraged by the combination of the cost to keep the car going, & our love of the "stock look."
I would hate to drop the money on a good paint job, just to realize I don't like the new color for some reason. (Mclaren has a blue-green metallic that I suspect would be beautiful, but I've never seen the color in person --so how would I know?)
A high percentage of the Auroras I have seen in person, are white. Followed well behind, by silver. All the other colors I have only ever seen (or noticed) one or two. There is a guy at work who has 2-3 (I think the extra are for parts), & drives what looks like a Final 500. He has a couple of Caddies, too, so he must like Northstars.

Looks like a candy orange AND copper was used, we are both right haha aurorah.proboards.com/thread/20619
