Greetings! Last August (2020) I purchased a very nice 2003 Aurora Final 500 with only 20K miles. The previous owner indicated he had a re-printed window sticker but never provided it. He also never responds to any attempt at communication. Anybody know where I can get a nice repro of the window sticker for this nice vehicle? Also, the previous owner was provide a Customer Appreciation Package from where he got it, but, again, he never provide it to me. So, I am on a quest to locate ANY 2003 Oldsmobile Final 500 Customer Appreciation Package! Anybody have one they would like to sell to me?

I wonder if its same seller that was selling this car since 2010 ... how much did you pay? what is the first name of the person?

Probably not. His first name is Robert from IL and he purchased the car from a collector in DE about 2 years ago. I paid $10K. Perfect condition. No issues. Right now, it's sitting in my heated garage near Boston, MA. I will not drive it until spring! Then, I will use it as my "daily driver" until winter again. During the winter months, I drive a 4x4 2017 Ford F-150 and a 2007 Nissan Murano. I was a bit disappointed that the seller, despite telling me he had the window sticker, never provided it. He also had the Collector's Appreciation Package but apparently wants to keep it for himself for unknown reasons.

Ye the guy i was talking about he was in PA. I am not sure if he finally sold the car but in 2010 that guy had f500 with 16k miles and he wanted $17k. I told him in 2010 i will give him 10k cash . He said to me go ****** .. Original sticker can be made by dealer . He is probobly keeping the collectors one for selling it later some people sold it on ebay for hundredths of $. no matter how new or low miles it and no matter what seller said i would change every single fluid in the car . engine oil Trans, brake , power steering etc . It will go long way . And congrats on the finding . I got my 2001 aurora in 2010 with 22k miles on it had every option except bose and sunroof. It is sold to my coworker but I do have now 2003 with all the options including cd changed in the trunk.

If I were asking $17K for my car and was offered only $10K, while I would not insult or ridicule the offer, I would, however, graciously decline and perhaps consider a counteroffer of say $14 or $15K. The vehicle I purchased, a 2003 Final 500, has its roots in DE, but that guy there sold it to a car dealer in PA. A guy from IL flew over to PA to buy it and drove it back to IL. He kept it for about a year or so until selling to me. He had it on eBay for $14,500. He then lowered the price to $12,500. I originally offered $9K but we finally settled on $10K. It's a very nice vehicle: No rust, no corrosion, no damage. Nothing missing. Has a CD changer in the trunk. I do wish I had the window sticker and the Collector's Appreciation Package, though. I think he still has it but can't find it.

Are you sure he has it? If it has been sold many times I wouldn't be surprised if it was still with the original owner of the car. Either way welcome to the forum!

I know for certain that the Customer Appreciation Package was with the car at the time it was sold to the guy I bought it from. I actually saw the listing from the dealer in PA where he bought it which showed the Customer Appreciation Package. I downloaded the images. So, while I do have pictures of the item, I do not actually have the item. The guy I bought it from had moved just after he bought this Aurora so he believes it's around the house somewhere in a box where he hasn't looked yet. I do not have high hopes of ever getting it but I intend to keep my fingers crossed! I owned an almost new 1999 Aurora from 2001 - 2018, 17 years! When I sold it, it was running great but had no A/C and one window needed a new motor. It was the best car I ever owned!

#166. Paul, it is NOT the car located in MA. I actually responded to his earlier ad but he was "too busy" to show me the car at that time. Later, he emailed me and asked if was still interested. By that time I had purchased another F500 for MUCH less than his "firm" asking price. And yes, I agree, he was a rude guy! His car is/was in a garage in Auburn, MA. I believe he lives in Needham, MA. In any case, he said when he does agree to show it to me, I could NOT drive it because it was not registered!
Thank for the link for the window sticker. That site provides a 8-1/2" x 11" document, which, of course, is NOT the actual reproduction of the original window sticker. But, for $7.99, it's better than nothing!

These cars can appraise for these prices as long as they are cared for, up to date on services and shown at Olds nationals car shows. My Bravada couple years ago I had it appraised and it was just over $25,000 dollars. My Bravada was also in the Jr class but I have not showed it to the Olds nationals in over quite a couple of years. So if they are cared for, and 1 owner cars cant really argue they want a pretty penny for it. I want ours cars to be worth something. Some of us paid quite a bit for these new so we want them in tip top shape.
Is that your final 500 in your Avatar?

Yes it can be more $ but this guy was selling this car from 2010 this already 11 years . First he is very rude . Like you saw he doesn't let anyone drive the car with excuse . and car that doing nothing for 11 years wont be count as taking care of. in 11 years it only drove 4k miles. I am sure 80% that most gaskets are shot. So spending 17 k and than putting another 3-5 for engine gaskets replacements not very good idea.

I agree. Cars can be stored properly in a protected area such as a heated garage but they do need to be driven from time to time! Engine oil should be changed periodically and engine coolant as well. The jury is out as to whether or not transmission fluid needs any attention up to 100K miles. Brake fluid does not require changing. I plan on keeping my F500 in my heated garage until the weather improves a bit - early spring? Then, I will use it as my additional daily driver. When not in use, it will be garaged! I am on a quest to acquire ANY Final 500 Aurora "Collector's Appreciation Package"!
