In late 2018, my dearest Grandmather had suddenly passed away. I flew up to Michigan where she had lived, said my good bye's, and drove her '99 Oldsmobile Aurora that she left behind (after convincing my dad not to sell it) back down to Northerwest Florida. Within the couple of years that followed, I thought it'd be fun to mildly soup-up grandma's Oldsmobile in honor of her fun personality. I did a complete tune-up, installed a custom exhaust with high-flo cats, aftermarket air-intake, along with some other minor bells and whistles. The exhaust sounds ridiculously mean, and spooks those nearby because they don't expect said sound to come from such a vehicle. Unfortunately, I was too focused on making Grandma's car cool and fun in her honor, I had neglected its safety factor - the severity of the car's rust on its frame had eventually caught up to me. This all said, I hate to see the car go... But, it's time I try. Minus the frame's rust, the front struts/springs and fuel lines requiring immediate/ASAP replacement (due to rust), everything else works and looks as it should. The interior and engine bay are extremely clean. Odometer reads < 146k miles. Mechanically and electrically sound with a new batt and alternator. Paint has seen its days, but overall in good/fair condition. AC recently recharged - works great. Tires have about 40% tread life remaining. The car drives, but it's a matter when (not if) the rusted frame will expire. Whether or not that is repairable is out of my budget and workload. I'd prefer to sell the car as a whole and recommend the buyer tow/haul it back with them. Asking $3,650/OBO Text me at (210) 347-8380 if you're interested and/or would like more details.
