I just received my car back from complete transmission rebuild including torque converter and passenger axle. Now I have 10 codes I must take care of before emission test in a month. The following codes are
P0171 P0174 P0340 P0443 P0463 P0480 P0532 P0601 P1258 P1599

Do you have a 4.0 or a 3.5? And what year? I have the 2001 FSM a nd can look those codes up if you have a 2001.

Fix the 171/174 first, that's almost certainly a vacuum leak. And fixing that could take care of some of the others...
PCM code is interesting.

Most common issue with 171/174 codes together is the boot that need to be replace its the one btwn TB and the engine. But i would first delete all the codes and than see what kind of will come back some might of been there due to trans rebuild and some might just go away.

I read it in earlier mechanical threads but forgot the actual name of the part.

its Intake Manifold Plenum Coupling. and you need to get new gaskets for Intake Manifold since you will remove it and best to change all those gaskets as well. they might brake during removal or short after and you be doing double work.
