Being that the Aurora is becoming harder to come by I wanna fix mine up and make it my toy but my question to you guys what’s another great car for everyday use that’s not expensive. I was looking at getting another 02 Grand Prix because I had the car for almost 5 years and didn’t put a dime into and it ran flawlessly with 202k miles on it so just wondering what’s another early 2000s car I could use as a beater for quick errands or even in the winter. That I can get for a good ole cheap price lol

Buy something that you don't care about and that you can park somewhere and not have to worry about. As for me, I had the use of a 1971 Impala for a long time as a beater.

And another thing.....there have been some times over the years when I had to go somewhere & I didn't want to take my Aurora. I would usually rent a car then.

All I can think of would be like the Olds 88's, park Avenue, Lesabre of the era, Intrigue etc...

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too lol man but the intrigues and Aleros i was looking at are not only very few maybe 2-3 but basically are over priced or beat up bad. I’m trying my best to reserve and take care of my 01 Aurora cause it seems those 97-2003 cars are getting harder to find in a few years they will be only around for us that have em in this group. I’m thinking maybe getting a Buick Regal one of my buddies has a 97 GS Supercharged Regal |

Marc lemme tell you something I don’t think i will be able to get a car I’m not gonna care about seems like now I’m into this thing where I’m trying someone else’s trash into my treasure because I’’m a big fan of a lot of different cars but I can’t be that guy that has the same car as someone else and they pull right next to me and the car is beautifully taken care of updated and mines is just the lil bucket 😂😂 |
