ALL lights interior & Exterior fast flicker only when running.
Had an LCM issue; have circuit card slightly bowed in black box. It wasn't MFS or DRL or TS ... I believe it is delamination of multi-layered board. Hence bow of Cir. card.
The flickering was always issue. thought it was Alt; tested it 3 times. It is putting out 13.7-15.3 VDC. Flickering does NOT correspond to VDC fluctuations. Swapped LCM from other 97 Aurora SAME-SAME-NO Change Looked for aftermarket stuff like Alarm Lights Start etc.. found none currently installed. All light are steady on, until engine is running.
ANY ideals would be appreciated.

THX for the response. Wouldn't flicker be present at all times if it were a Gnd issue??
Seems Another Senior moment I'll see if I can get this moved to 1st Gen

Seems Another Senior moment I'll see if I can get this moved to 1st Gen the car running would be causing fluctuations of power/charging and if the grounds are not proper the grounds for your charge wire, for example, may be running through chassis ground instead of appropiate engine-to chassis, alternator-to-engine(case), battery to engine, battery to chassis, and interior grounds. but a bad or dying alternator could have an unstable output or there may be a too short of battery bolt or dirty side post(peel back the rubber, they get nasty) Has battery been load tested?

Had same issue and for me was bad battery that was casing alt to overcharge . I tested battery and it failed . after replacement all good. So check battery first.
