I recently bought my 2002 Aurora 3.5. It is very original with only 59k miles. It runs and drives great, but there's a few small issues I'll be dealing with in the near future.
- It needs the headliner replaced, so I'll be looking for a source for the grey headliner material.
- Both rear window switches and door locks are not working, so I'll need to troubleshoot the electrics for them.
- The leather is somewhat worn on the two outer front seat bolsters, so I'll be looking for a treatment that'll dye the worn spots.
- The right front door panel is missing a clip. A recent visit to a pick-a-part scored me a handful of clips and door inserts that they clip into.
- The blend door for the hvac doesn't appear to be working right. I can't get much air flow out of the upper vents.
I'm into many different cars. Currently, the fleet includes a 2012 Mustang, a 2010 Challenger, a 1965 LeMans convertible undergoing a restoration, a 1964 Corvair convertible, and a barnfind (garagefind) 1961 Corvair wagon that I just recently put back on the road after it had sat for 30+ years. I've got a YouTube YouTube channel where I'm documenting most of my car work.
