Not sure about the starter relay. Probably under the dash somewhere as a guess. What are symptoms? (ie turn the key and 1 click?, no clicks? etc, does it try to crank at all?) Any security light? One time my car was a non-start and it was because the ground cable had worked its way off of the starter under the intake. There was a thread that showed how to test the starter by jumping power to it but unfortunately it looks like the pictures are no longer working aurorah.proboards.com/thread/26471?page=1#296633Then this thread on how to change the starter if you end up needing it aurorah.proboards.com/thread/2290I know you say battery is good, but have you tried jump starting anyways? I've had batteries that test good and end up having a dead cell

Hope this helps. Great job with the diagram Paul. Yep if it's by the LCM then it is under the dash on the left of the column. LCM I believe is a flat shaped black module with a purple label on it. The BCM and LCM share a bracket and looks like the relay is attached there too. Almost 15 years with these cars and I still learn something new about them frequently haha.
