hey everyone, i have an ECLIPSE headunit the 5504 with navigation and voice recognition and all that b.s. but i dont know if i want to put it in my aurora, the stock cd player looks so clean with the rest of the dash and the eclipse is only a single DIN. im afriaid the kit for the radio will make the install look tacky/cheap. that and the headunit has no internal amp, so id have to run an amp to all my speakers. does anyone think its worth the hassle, or even better does anyone have pics of their single DIN headunits in their classic aurora? see how clean the stock cd player makes the whole center dash look!?

I was just wondering why you have your floor mats upside down?

keeps the carpeted part of my floormats from stains and catches all the dirt from my shoes.

If you don't care so much about the enhanced features of your Eclipse, I'd stick with the stock head unit. It's the cleanest look as you mentioned, you won't need an external amp, and you won't have to worry about losing steering wheel controls and DIC display. You can always upgrade your stock speakers if you want better sound (that's my plan), without messing with too much aftermarket installation.
