Actually came across horn when fixed WSW problem. Here are the step's to locate horn: 1. remove passenger side wheel. 2. remove black plastic anchors in fenderwell trim. ( use of a claw hammer works well, only broke one) 3. remove 3 black plastic anchors under passenger side marker/cornering lamp. (also part of fenderwell) 4. pop out fenderwell partially (snaps out at top, has lip) 5. look behind fenderwell toward front of car. 6. horn is to the left of the sidemarker/cornering lamp. (applies to 95-99 Olds Aurora's) It's pretty easy to do, just don't get frustrated!

Great post!
I have seen a few people that have had their horns go out (maybe you are/were on of those people). This info will surely help those people. Hopefully I won't be one of them. *knocks on wood*

It may be that the reason that the horn is not immedia- tely accessible is because that the horn also is the alarm, and the designers didn't want the thieves to reach it immediately. I have a 2001 4.0, and the procedure for getting to the horn on the 2001+ is similar to the 1995/99. _______________ GM!!! BRING BACK OLDS!!!

Perhaps that's also why they put the battery under the back seat and made it so dang confusing how to remove the seat to get to it...

Alldatadiy.com informs me that on my Aurora I have one horn on the passenger side (high tone) and one horn on the drivers side (low tone)
Really confuse any thieves ehh!
My high tone has gone poof and when I do use the horn it sounds sad. I really must fix it.
