Hi,
My name is Sidney and I am from Ontario, I have been an owner of my Aurora for 5 years. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I was a heavy equipment mechanic for 8 years until I suffered an accident at work. I am now a salesmen that spends a ton of time in my Aurora. If anyone has any technical questions please feel free to ask. I may not know all of them, but I am sure I can point you in the right direction.
Thanks Sidney

Hi Sidney Nice to meet you. Do you live near the QEW? I could wave as I pass on my way to the falls. What year etc. is your Aurora?

I am not from Ontario but just a bit west ---- Saskatchewan, Canada. I have been driving a 2001, 4 L for about 4 months and love it. I had a new transmission installed under warranty and a new rack and pinion installed which was not under warranty. The automotive students at a community college where I work installed it sparing me the labour cost. I love the performance and handling of my Aurora. Kim

Yes I do love to open it up. I have had it up to 200 kph (about 124 mph). It still had just a bit left but I was catching up to a car real fast. That was with my original transmission that had a torque converter that would not lock up. I have not tried maximum speed with my new transmission. It has 71,000 km (about 44,000 miles) on it. I hope that it has the longevity of my 1991 Olds 98; it has 350,000 km (about 218,000 miles) on its odometer and is still running ok. Kim
