Well, I got back from discount tire and they gave me 50% off a new tire. I also found out that the tire that were on the car are "H" rated ( But I figured I should replace that tire with a new MXV4 plus since its whats on the car already.... When these wear out I'm gonna replace them with V rated tires (I like the Yokos Avid V4S). But what I am wordering is what an indication means. Before the H (speed rating) it says 100. From what I understand, that is the "load rating." My question is, What does the load rating (if that is indeed what that number is) mean to me? The V rated tires say 99V on them? 99V vs. 100H?

It means the tire can take more load on it. It doesnt' mean the speed rating is higher or anything. The "H" part is what determines that.
100 means the tire can take 1764 lbs on it. A 99 can take 1709. The new Aurora's tires are a 98 load rating. If your car only needs a 99 rating, the 100 really does nothing extra for you. Some tires have a less than 100% load requirement to reach the upper end of the speed ratings, so in that case having a tire rated for more weight than you've put on it would be a good thing.
