;D New England Region - Spring (April/May) - hopefully east of the NY line. I know we aren't many but then many are looking just to meet up for an introduction and some good food and conversation. Post your location: www.frappr.com/auroraclubofnorthamerica

Im interested as well, but what is up there ./ Great Steve, I'd love to see that Razzi up close. As for what's up here, we've got trees, hills, lotsa stones and history but unknown for a "track" meet unless we have it in Epping, NH. Toastedoats: WELCOME and what is the date of the Bonnie meet? As this is planning for a SPRING MEET I know that there is an annual car show (maybe 75-100 cars) in my town but the location should be considered too inconvenient for 4 out of the 5 of us currently interested LOL. Steve's interest shifts the location toward the Stamford, CT area I guess (on the CT/NY line) so we will have to do some research to see what's there. Does anyone know? Seekonk, MA has a small "speedway" where they have demo derbies, spectator drags (oval track) and races. Something like that in the decided location might be good unless we all decide to keep it simple. Are we all kool with just a simple introduction meet with lunch or should we do something more substantial?

Intro lunch sounds good to me as well. Jimbo you gonna chime in here? lol. Btw, new maximum is 300 miles max. Woohoo. But thats an absolute if i must sorta thing lol, as my dad wants to go in his car too. we have travel bugs, hehe.
I cant wait to get this setup. History, food, trees etc all sounds good. Im sure we can find some things to do.
One thing i have always wanted to do was have 7 or 8 auroras dominating a highway like the BonnevilleClub meets do at their BonneFests. That would be sweet. We could take turns weaving in and out (or ok, just passing cars) like me and my buddies do when we go drag racing. That is so much fun.

looks like taking steve in west chester pa as farthest west and me and toastedoats as farthest east does put the center around Stamford, CT or maybe just a tad east of Stamford.
however, algorithmically speaking and taking the majority into consideration, the apex may be closer to Putnam again or Norwich.
A few more members from the west would equal the playing field though...

Figure out a time, as long as its after April, I might be in. No guarantees as its quite far ahead. But lets keep the idea alive.

LOL - not only that but check my mileage under my signature (updated daily this week) - I estimate this Sunday will be the big day to hit 200,000 miles!
I wonder if I had 200,000 posts if I would be an "Aurora Demented Crazoid"?

Im interested as well, but what is up there ./ What's up there? Hey, there's the greatest-ever owner of an Oldsmobile right out to Martha's Vineyard or was that Chappaquiddick, Massachusetts? Anyhow, he'd probably love to meet up with a bunch of other Olds owners. Here's his pic so you'll know who to look for when you see him, he loves to swim too: ;D ;D
