Those are the same rims as the Seville STS, i think they would look sweet on a 1st gen.

Man, that one is beat pretty bad. It's worse then that white one in NY that was posted a little bit ago IMO, this one just got beat up constantly. My guess on the mirrors is that what you see is the painted tape coming unstuck that's holding the mirror pieces together.... It looks like some one kinda cared for it at some point, probably the original owner, with the exhaust tips and spoiler. "I realized I couldn't afford the car." I think what he means is that he couldn't afford to have the tranny worked on, since he just so happens not to be able to drive the car, yet the runnings smooth and shifts great.

great to see more participation in here, last week a woman in a 96 classic came thru my workplace and she had the ultra-rare leather delete, she was even a good sport and allowed me to take a picture but it came out really bad and you can't even tell the difference in the seat material, i'll post it regardless soon tho.

So you invited her to come to the website right? Did the cloth look comfortable? Can't wait to see the pic.

My 2001 4.0 at the left of the pic & somebody else's 2001 3.5 in the center. I sure wish that the 1998 Honda Civic hadn't been parked between them.

I went on a week long business trip with my dad and whenever I saw one I'd jump up and down pointing yelling "Aurora! Aurora!"
We only saw 4. One first gen and 3 second gen. I only liked one of them. I've seen more then 4 in one day in my own hometown so I was surprised.

With so many ACNA posters in NJ, you might have just photographed someone here!

You never know! The first car had a malouf ford sticker on the back, the car in the last two photos is actually the same car! I see it every sunday driving back and forth on Route 1. That one has a jesus fish glued to the rear light reflector panel thing.

That one has a jesus fish glued to the rear light reflector panel thing. I couldn't imagine putting anything other then the factory emblems on any of my vehicles. :shivers:

This one lives down the street from me, a nice looking Classic in a unique color. I'm sure of the exact name of that blue, but the photo shows how it looks in the daylight and it appears almost silver colored in the shade or at night. And here's a black Classic with some aftermarket chromies that I've seen around town before. Finally got a shot of it while waiting at a red light today:

Lucky me!! I'm the only person at my school that drives an Aurora; That also includes the teachers. Total of about almost 300 cars. I like being the only one. It gives me a sense of class.

I think the blue is 'light teal metallic.' The only problem with that color, is that, as it looks in the pic, it comes with the blue/teal interior as well How many people are in the black one too?

Yeah I didn't think about the interior color... that dark blue leather/carpet is a little strange. The black one looked like a family, middle-aged dad & mom in the front with a couple teenage kids in the back.

Olds first had that light blue for the Cutlass back in the 1960s. They called it "Wedgewood Blue" back then.

This is was in my inbox tonight. It's from my Dad's cell phone camera. As you can tell in the pic, it looks like he was sitting in apposing lanes of traffic, in the middle of the intersection, through a red light, you know, typical Miami driving . I think the Aurora speaks for itself, also typical Miami. I'll get more when I talk to him tommorrow.

Yellow was never a stock color. That's a custom job. BTW, I have been thinking about repainting my 2001 some shade of blue.

That car must be mint inside and out. I would love to meet you Marc and look at your car some time.

He talked to my Dad today, it was more of lemon/sunflower yellow then a taxi cab yellow. Had a basic set of 20"s, the paint job he said was done decent to spite the heavy rain.

Since I've been paying attention to this, I noticed that I see at least one aurora every day. I wonder if I can keep up with the pictures!
