I don't understand why there is such a rush, Oh well. I didn't want to sound like I'm urging or blaming somebody for not creating the ability to vote or something - just wanted to be sure everything is as it should be (as I said for some reason I thought that the voting will start automatically, so when it didn't I thought something has gone wrong ). I hope I haven't hurt anyone (or Collins in this case) and if I did I apologize for that - it wasn't intentional.

Hey guys I'm sorry I've been crazy busy with class and homework... I'm taking a break from Thermodynamics at the moment. I'll look in on everything tomorrow, I absolutely have to get this project done tonight. No worries 71corvette454, you haven't offended anybody. I don't understand why there is such a rush, Oh well. I guess people need their calenders by October... The reason for an early deadline, LN and oldsnut, is because I can't say "just turn them in whenever." I tried that last year, it doesn't work. I have photoshop stuff to do for the calendar that will be a LOT more extensive than last year. I have a lot of editing to do as far as photos are concerned. I have to juggle classes (Thermodynamics, Engineering Calc 2, Physics 2, and Statics) and all the homework/studying that come with them... The voting will be going in a couple days. I was super rushed last year and I wanted to give myself time to make it a decent calendar. If you don't like it then I'm sorry... I've done this before and I now know what it takes to do it properly. Chill out and give me a couple days. You can keep sending me photos if you have them. I'll accept them for a couple more days... I'll come up with a new hard deadline tomorrow.

I've updated the main post. The hard deadline for photo submission is September 9th. All pictures need to be in on or before that date, I won't accept them once I start getting the voting process organized on the 10th.
Voting will be avaliable by the night of the 10th, I'm not sure of the time yet. It depends on my homework situation but I'll do my best to get it up ASAP.

I'll pick a few of my favorites and shoot them to yourself, Randy and Zach. We can decide which one from there, I have everyone's pictures.
(Talking about the Springfield, MO meet picture for those who are confused.)

OK, so as we all know who won let's congratulate : Randy T. thinice oldwino mbowers2003 xjsman89 baldgoat 96aurorakid mdr111390 felixtcat But what are you gonna do with pics that scored 5 votes? If I count right there are 3 of them, but only one can be included, because there are 10 spots for member photos, right? Nonetheless the photos look great and I'm happy that so nice ones won, though my picture didn't make it PS: Yeah, this post made me an "Aurora Groupie"! I've no idea what does it mean, but the bigger star looks nice

Congrats to EVERYONE, and especially to those who made the 2010 calendar! But what are you gonna do with pics that scored 5 votes? If I count right there are 3 of them, but only one can be included, because there are 10 spots for member photos, right? Oooooh, a tie! xjsman89 will decide, but I'm thinking we may need a 2-week (or whatever time period) tie breaker voting poll. PS: Yeah, this post made me an "Aurora Groupie"! I've no idea what does it mean, but the bigger star looks nice It's related to your number of posts. You just passed 100. See this thread for the whole breakdown of post numbers, stars, and titles.

Good call, 454. You are correct, there is a tie for 10th between: - electrostatictommy
- whitediamondrora87
- roara
Scott has it right too, I think a two-week tiebreaker vote is the best way to find who the winner is. That will give me two weeks to make the calendar before the target release date of December 1st. Here is the tiebreaker thread link. Voting ends November 16th.
