2. On passenger right side, even with the A/C on, it blows really hot air (Bad switch in door i think)
3. Bad controlarm bushings (DIY) already ordered.. any extra advice?
4. i need a new peice of plastic that has the shift indicator letters on it. anyone want to sell theirs?

Time to replace the batteries in the universal translator.

For the seat, you might look under and check if the motor still has a rail to ride on, or if some of the teeth are missing.
For the warm air, it could be one of the mixing doors for the hvac is stuck open or something. I'm not sure how you fix that, but it isn't uncommon.

typically, when one side blows cold and the other not cold air, it's a tell-tale sign of low freon in the A/C system.

If there is low freon, wouldn't that make both sides warm?

Haven't had it happen to me personally, but I've read many threads where the first sign of low freon is hot air on only one side. I'd get it checked (or check it yourself if you are R-134) because low freon causes the compressor to go bad much faster. Then, instead of a cheap freon refill, it turns into a $750 compressor job.
