When I turn on my climate control, I can feel when I turn on the A/C as opposed to the heat but there is no force behind it. What I mean by that is I can turn the fan all the way to the right(maxx it out) where all the green light are on & feel no "wind" whether hot or cold. has anyone out there had this problem with their car?

A bit more info would be useful - the fan should make quite a ruckus at the highest setting - can you hear it? In case the fan is spinning, there is a procedure for resetting the in-dash HVAC conduit control gates for the Aurora classic, albeit I am unfamilair with it. Someone more knowledgeble shuld chime in on the topic shortly, until then, try searching the forum. Good luck.

Thats what I mean. I dont hear or feel the fan @ all. I can feel the air tempreture changes with my hand @ the vent when I go from hot to cold. There is no fan pushing the air out into the cabin. I couldnt defrost the windsheild if I wanted to because the fan wont blow out at all.

Check the HVAC/fan fuse/relay. There are two fuse compartments on the Aurora classic, one located towards the bottom of the dash by the driver's side door, the other under the rear seat cushion - just give the cushion a strong tug upwards to disengage the clips that hold it in place. Unfortunately I am unaware which panel contains the HVAC/fan fuse/relay on the classic but on my caddy there are 2 fuses and one relay responsible for HVAC operation - all under the rear seat. Hope this helps.

Is there a way to test the square type fuses or should those be replaced when in doubt. These are block shape fuses that aren't transparent.

i would think that a test for continuity would tell if they were good or bad...............just use a voltmeter (ask ohmmeter)

I believe you are referring to relays. They are switches as opposed to fuses. It is unlikely that one of these relays would be damaged without a blown fuse somewhere.

ok, then all the fuses tested out good. Is there anything other than a fuse that would cause the fan not to blow?

:)There is a blower motor controller under the glove compartment by the front and to the left - I get my blower motor to work by tapping on this black plastic box. I will eventually have to replace either the blower motor or the controller. Ahhh - GM and their electrical problems.
