There are some pretty lakes around here but I could also check into some other places around here. About how many typically show up to ride & shine? Btw northofyou I like how you refer to Seattle as the Wetcoasters.....very fitting especially lately!

I checked out the area dynamic lives (Stockholm, Sweden! ), much like our neck of the woods. Maybe I can help. maps.google.com/maps?client=safari&rls=en&q=seattle+map&oe=UTF-8&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hq=&hnear=Seattle,+WA&gl=us&ei=R46eTbKID9LbiALan5HvAg&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=title&resnum=1&ved=0CCoQ8gEwAA The waterfront on the west side of Seattle is Elliot Bay (salt water). Alki beach is to the west just past the point that sticks out, awesome view of the city from there. Heading east we come to Lake Washington, (Bill Gates lives north of the 520 bridge) with Mercedes Island in the middle. (Paul Allen lives on the island) Further east is Lake Sammamish. Many parks and viewpoints all over the place!

Alki is great just really busy & congested but the view is priceless. You have to make sure you get there extra early. Lake Washington is great too! How many people usually show up? Do you like to caravan aka cruise? If so when you do, do you have a road captain & someone that brings up the rear? Even if we didn't have a meet here Portland is great too (I can shop without tax).

You must understand l80roro, we haven't done this before! The boys and girls meeting in Aurora, Il and Aurora, Mo. have. We do have an Aurora, Or. down here? It's up to us what we decide to do. I think meeting in the middle (lucky for you) is the best bet. Of course I would be fine with Portland if Bob and Doug McKenzie would travel that far south!

HA HA HA HA HA! Right on Roara! Strange brew jokes are a ok here. Well i feel a little bad for jumping the gun on skiiirt but he will be here tomorrow! Ill ask what possible date will work for him since i think we should consider him into the whole equation as well. If its only the 3 of us im sure it will be fun all the same. Ill look at the suggested places tomorrow while in physio getting some electro shock therapy done. It feels like something good will come of us this ;D

Sweet! The furthest I have ever driven was 8 hours to Boise, Idaho for a car show....what fun. Whatever is decided is cool with me cause all I need is Pearl, a lil Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, ZZ Top, Eagles, coffee & the open road!

Nice! I80! Hey so i was looking at the Seattle area and saw discovery park in the Puget sound area looks promising to me as a possible swing through. Or maybe lincoln park a little further south. Does anyone golf?
I80- Ive been cranking the doors lately through the bose ;D and everytime roadhouse blues comes on i max that thing! Funny how the right foot just drops and dont realize that soon enough youre speeding!

Hi Roara, Hi I80 ;D it has dawned on me that this is a meet between us 3! Which is cool. I want to be part of a bigger west coast meet too. I just went and got my application for renewal of passport so in 4+ weeks i can scoot down there! Although if you two would like to come up here.....i could show you two a great time! Bring out the boat with the dualie and do some boating even. I have a dune buggy (vw rail with a bored over 1600 - 1776) and lots of mountains here just 5 minutes away! Going down there is sweet too! What are your thoughts? Iditaurora should really be held in Canada

I hope the weather is nicer in 4 weeks! I love boats but I would have to apply for a passport to come up there.....I refuse to get a enhanced drivers license. When you do come down we gotta make sure we connect with Finndog & Aerophage too to see if they wanna come out & play!
