To be honest I bought x20 of one size. Figured I could drill out or use washer's if need. Dang lug's were not cheap lol. The bends I'll just use a vice and bend my own where is needed.
Also got to thinking. I'm relocating everything that's under my backseat to the trunk, since I'm just gonna wall it. So I might as well just remove the factory cable. I can use this for my grounding kit.
I assume its 4g?

The majority of runs use 3/8" and 5/16" lugs. Some require 90* lugs to keep stress off of the joint and keep it nice and tidy. Had it all written down, not sure if documented it in my thread or not. I would recommend a hydraulic crimper for the 4/0, copper washers, di-electric grease and heat shrink. The main factory run is 4 gauge OFC some of the peripherals are more like 6 or 8 gauge.

I have a hydraulic crimper (16 ton) ,heat shrink and both red/black tech flex as well. Thanks for the washer and dielectric grease tip. I will have to grab me some!

So I actually got 2 runs of 4/0 threw the factory grommets.. Took some work n elbow grease but I got her on. Didn't do much else. Don't wanna cut any of my wire until I'm certain. 2 runs also fit very snug along the factory wires along the floor also. Here's a few pictures of the progress. 4g removed Its really dirty from the power steering fluid leak it once had(it was bad) Didn't completely remove the HVAC but enough to have room to work with. I will have to dremel a little. Comparison Will add more pictures tomorrow. Its getting late.

Ok guy's... Here's what's been holding me up on this build .. Have been making sure my trailblazer has been taken care of correctly. Tinted the window's Ran 4/0 gauge from front to back. Grounded straight to the frame. Added my 100ah agm in the back. Wired a relay. Put my 2din in. 7 band eq Db drive component speaker's Db drive a6 1200.4 Db drive a6 2800.1 Built a box for my 15" Orion hcca (spec's 5.4 Cu. Ft. Before displacement and bracing tuned to 32.5hz. also resined the whole inside, laid Mat in all the joint's, and did 7 layer's of Mat/cloth on the baffle.) *battling box rise here* I have sanded smooth the box, just waiting on funds to wrap in gray leather to match the seat's. The sub is 2500 RMS and its getting 2025rms for the break in.. Its very stiff right now. It blows my 2 db drive 12s out the water. So, the Aurora's build is probably NOT gonna be all DB Drive. Ordered a 2 pair's of PRV 6.5s for the blazer. If they perform how I want, these will be removed and added to the front door's along with a PVR 10" when the car build is closer to completion. Also its a toss up on running 4 15" orion hccas or 4 15"-18" soundqubed hdc3s. Walled off at the B pillar's This car is being built for somewhat show/competition BTW!! I have done all of this myself and no help from other's. Just thought I'd show my work. The car is getting a complete make over so its gonna take a very long time to be able to show my work. I have gotten 3 sheets of plywood to start the interior build. So I'll be on this the next couple day's. Also, need opinions on posting the interior build in this thread or start a new one? Rather post here since most of the build is being based around the audio. Enjoy fellas!! Cut this with a jig saw(still haven't finished smoothing it out yet) And this wood my Friend's.. Is for the dash/console and door panel build.. The wood is only for the skeleton. It will be finished with fiberglass and eventually wrapped in pleather (I'm not a fan of fully painted interior)

Hey man it's your build, post where you'd like to! I'm real excited for the interior build. Can't remember someone doing anything close to it on here.
