So, driving on the highway last night, I flipped through the DIC and noticed that I was getting 11 instant. It's normally more like 28-32.
We stopped at the mall, and when I got back in, the car did not want to start, and when I did get it going, it ran incredibly rough, chugging, like it wasn't getting any gas. The instant mileage was once again in the toilet, and I may have had unburned gas coming out of the pipes. (It was dark, raining and cold, so it may also have been water. No way to tell under the circumstances.) By the time I got home, the MPG was back up and the engine was once again smooth. (The average MPG and the fuel range are also in the toilet.)
This morning, it started on the second try and smoothed out within two minutes. Much better than last night, but still scary.
I've already replaced the fuel pump three times, and it's not acting like it did when the pump was bad. Then, it would crank and never turn over. Now it turns over, then wants to die.
The CEL was already on from the infamous 0410, and I haven't had it rescanned, though I certainly will. In the meantime, does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

I hate diagnosing problems and when one of my cars don't work.
My advice,
Test fuel pressure,
May as well check the top of the coil packs with the multi meter since its easy.
Get it rescanned.

Hey 'Cane Mine did this ONE time several years ago, in a heavy rain. Ran rough for 3 days and went away (healed itself, haha). I attributed it to water intrusion somewhere, hasn't happened since though. Hope you're as lucky...

The only code which showed up is the 0410. My solution for now is the check the coils, and also get off my butt and install the SAI pump, which needs to be done anyway.
Tigger, I hope you're wrong about water intrusion, it does rain all year round in Florida now. The good news is, we're now three days out and it seems to have cleared up...
