I get a squealing sound from what sounds like to passenger side front wheel. It sounds a lot like when you have rust squeal. Took apart the front brake, reseated all of the brake hardware, lubed up the moving Parts with lithium grease and I'm still getting the stupid squeal but only when I pull the steering wheel left. It's starting to get aggravating and I don't know what else could be causing it. Any ideas?

Check sway bar bushings, ball joints and anything in between. Lift vehicle on jackstands and move suspension components. Hopefully something squeaks. Hey won't hurt...

Perhaps wheel bearing, if its a constant noise only when you're moving. Or is it just a brief squeak?

I'd guess bearing as well. Turning left puts more load on the passenger side (right) suspension.
Put it on jackstands and push/pull on the tire at 12 and 6 o'clock. Any noticeable play is bad news...
