My car started acting up this past weekend. Occasional stumble, high-ish idle, weird hard shifting. I checked codes and looked at my fuel trims. Long-term fuel trims are nearly 20% and the codes would suggest I have a vacuum leak.
Anyone concur? I'm not experienced at interpreting this OBD data.

I don't see a way to attach a picture to my post (on mobile), so I'll just say I have a P0404 (EGR out of range), with 3 pending: P0101 (MAF circuit range) P0171 (too lean, bank 1) P0174 (too lean, bank 2)

Worst case scenario; you could potentially have a bad EGR valve, a bad MAF, AND a vacuum leak.
On the other hand, fix could be as simple as cleaning you EGR and MAF...

Check the boot. The one btwn the engine and TB. Thats most common leaks that can cause the issue you describing.I had same thing with no codes codes showed up like week after.

I had similar drivability issues when I bought the car & replaced that (cracked) boot then--along with a split elbow at the end of the intake behind the serpentine. I'm hoping those new parts (~3 yrs ago) are not bad already. I took a quick look at it yesterday and thought I caught a break when I noticed the long boot on the filter cover was loose & at a visible angle. Took it off & inspected it (and the MAF), put it back together "guttentite". No change in feel or in the OBD readings.
Speaking of which--OBD sez my idle vacuum is hovering around 15. That seems very low but I'm not sure its sensor is seeing the same vac signal that I would see on an analog gauge in the PVC hose.
