I have replaced the motor and the control panel and the code will not clear. I calibrated the motors and the IPC and still no change. Any ideas where to start? I get the 12v and the 5v and when I move the motor I get the 2.5, 0 and 5 volts, I am stumped... Thanks Steve

Wiring possibly? I dont get much from a google result... you are talking about blend doors, correct?
If so, are you using a tech 2 to calibrate the motors?

Its the mode door that controls the air where blows out from. Yes I am using a Tech II to calibrate the motors.

Does the Tech 2 indicate it successfully does it? And do the voltages/positions of each door move accordingly when you command it from the Tech 2?

I get no minimum point when I do a recal on the motor. I have all the voltages when tested. I am beginning to think it might be the door itself, seems a bit stiff when I move it by hand. I did get the vents to blow right side 1st then left side but when the test was over its back to the floor only.
