1999 Aurora, 4.0 . Overheating. Radiator fans are not coming on. Pulled them out and bench tested and they both worked fine. Checked power at the plug ins and both show 12 volts, but driver side is not showing a ground. Trying to trace it back, but no luck yet. Pass. fan shows a ground, but does not run. Should it run even if the driver side one does not have a ground? I will try to get the fuse/ relay block out tomorrow and see if there is a problem there. Thought about relays, but since there is 12 V at the plug I'm thinking they are good. Any ideas on what the problem might be, or what else to check? Thanks!
