Folks, I've replaced the plugs in both the front and rear. Rear was kind of tough! I still have a dead cylinder that I will need to trouble shoot. I believe a coil died or an injector has gone bad? I found some free software off the net that I will share the link to. I'll post it up once I figure out how it all works:) Before I can pull codes I will need to build a cable. I'll let you know how it turns out. One question I have is this............are both coil packs (lack of a better term) the same? To further diagnois the problem, once I pull codes, I might need to change coil packs front to rear to see if the dead cylinder changes. If it does, then I can pretty much predict which coil is bad. Unfortunately it looks as though you have to replace all three as they are molded together as one unit. Thanks for any input.
PS, I wish I knew how to spell check these posts!!!!

I don't think they are the *same*... For one, one is silver and one is black. But I think the connectors are on the same side of the engine also, which would mean you can't flip 'em.

Mine are both the same color. I did get a chance to look it up in the parts link posted here and it has the same part #. The GM parts direct site has them listed for $174.00 shipped. I should have stated that mine is a 3.5L, I think the 4.0 is a different animal:)
