Naw, I'm rather disheartened with the life of Silverstars, I've converted to Cool Blue for now, and will stick with OEM parking lights for now.

Welcome back Genopsyde. How 'bout a question here? I've tried to get involved with the AF.com community and it just seems like a bunch questions on how to fix this and thats. While that makes for a great resource that I love to use for Aurora info, it doesn't make for a talk based BBS. Am I doing something wrong?

/\
This is exactly why ACNA was started, AF.com in all its glory is a total cry fest about how bad the Aurora is, and all its mechanical problems. Its a good resource no doubt, but its 100% mechanical problems forums.
And the off topic areas are polluted beyond salvation.
I like AF.com for what it offers, but there is no sense of community whatsoever.

Not all of AF is like that. I'm mainly in the Camaro forum cuz that's my other car, under major construction I might add, and we've created a decent circle of b-s'ers. Most of us group up in yahoo chats nightly. An idea perhaps we can do here as well. I've also created an official AF chatroom for the whole community on dalnet irc network.

I've also created an official AF chatroom for the whole community on dalnet irc network. I have not been on IRC for at least 10 years.

Yea, IRC is still around, and still very popular.
I forgot a little info about myself in my first post so I'll make up for that now.
Name is Rick, I live in Painesville, OH, a suburb of Cleveland. 25yrs old, restaurant general manager by trade that loves cars.
Mean Green(98) is my daily driver, and the toy is a 91 RS Camaro that's in the middle of an engine swap. I know the Aurora isn't much of a high performance platform, but once the RS is done I want to take the Aurora to it's highest capeable level. And what better place than here to learn what to do and how to do it.
