Hey folks, bought a used 2001 3.5 about 1 month ago. Love the site, get good feedback and a lot of knowledge shared. Still waiting for summer to hit up here, been lots of rain and cool weather. Married with three kids, two are now driving! Hope everyone is well!

Welcome on board. Don't complain about the cool weather. I live in southeast New York State, where right now it's about 93* with humidity to match. If it weren't for A/C, I think I'd be dead. _________________ GM!!! BRING BACK OLDS!!!

"L" I hear ya, we're starting out this summer just like last............never really warmed up, and rained all the time. I feel like I'm in a twilight zone and I'm out west in Seattle!!!!!!!!! But you are right, heat and humidity really takes it out of ya!

If you want heat and humidity, just come on down to Texas. It's way to hot here and it doesn't ever seem like it's going to let up.
Welcome to the board. Hope your Aurora is working out well for ya. ;D

erw38, last time I was down in Texas was about 7 or 8 years ago for a class with Nortel. It was in August. You were in the middle of a 100 plus day drought. I couldn't figure out why they wanted to start the class around 6:00pm and go until 12:00pm?? Figured it out real fast!!! I got up the first day at around 8:00am and went outside..............already 90 degrees??? It was so darn hot by 11:00am I couldn't sit in the darn rental car!!! I had to crank it over and run the ac for 10 minutes before getting in! I was there for a week, never did see a day under 100 degrees! Just to darn hot down your way!

Welcome aboard kobrak! Minnesota, from what Garrison Kieller (of the PBS radio show Prarie Home Companion) says, has ten months of winter and two months of bad skiing. He said, "If summer falls on a weekend this year, let's have a picnic". Never been there but I've heard it's a land of many lakes with good hunting and fishing.
