What color is the '97 at that dealer that has two? I'd say get the '98 except that's not really my favorite color. If I were going to buy a classic, I'd get a '98-99.

97 Black on chrome is nice!
Price looks pretty good too! Might be worth it to have a look.

The 97 is a white one… oh and my current one is just a disaster LoL it’s a trooper though! I love this car! My roommate a couple months back got into an accident w/ a curb (it wasn’t his fault in his defense) and we replaced a number of things (i.e. axle, wheel hub, tie rods, rim etc.) just to get it back in driving condition. Although it needs a new sub frame as well and it just wasn’t worth replacing for 500+ in labor plus the cost of the part.
Besides that I wanted the car so badly I purchased it with a strange idle… which is a common thing I came to learn later, and it stalls if you decide to screw around with the steering wheel while the car is on (which I’ve decided is a loose wire in the steering column.
Finally, more recently my car was just tagged by two idiots driving in Expedition from CT. which left a nice dent in the front of the drivers side hood (I’ll eventually post pictures…) So needless to say a new Aurora is hopefully going to be in the near future…

I’d honestly like to keep it for parts although I think I am really going to need to try and sell it in order to buy a new one. My roommate is really the brains behind the operation generally… so I guess in order to answer your question I am going to be trying to make as much money as I can off it…

Well I went and saw the 2 Auroras at one dealer... They were pretty beat up...one more so then the other... The white one was very pretty and the body in fair shap but had no sunroof grr... thats a must for me - and having already owned / currently own one I am going to be very picky! Also when I turned it on the DIC ran through a laundry list of problems ( Air Bag Error, Check Oil, Check Trans, Check Windsheild washer fluid...etc, etc.)
Anyway they also had a bonus Aurora LoL it was actually a trade in today and it was a 98 also and that same pewter color although this one did have a sunroof but was really not taken car of well, the leather is well past it's day and the exterior was in rough shape.
The cars were dirty too so it was difficult to see what was going to be coming off with a nice bath and what would be plaguing the paint for the rest of cars life... I did find it semi amusing more so now that I am not standing their the guy couldn't find a set of keys to 98 on the website. He was even like "eh? it's really not that great the battery is dead"
