Is there anything on your 2nd gen Aurora that just seems like it's not built great, or just seems like it was overlooked? My biggest gripe is the feel of the door panels. They give a little when you pull to close the door. You also get a little squeak from them because of this. The 2nd gen uses only clips to hold the door panel to the door. the previous generation atleast used screws which was so much more secure and easier to work with. I don't know why they changed back to the clips as they're annoying and make the door feel less solid. Another thing I don't like is that the steering wheel has an option to change fan speed instead of a seek up/down for the radio. I used the seek (or change cd tracks) on the riv all the time but the Aurora only allows you to change a track forward and not backward, or scan forward a few seconds. I really do not see a use for the fan speed up/down. I'll probably never use it.
The cover over the third brake light also looks cheap and looks like an afterthought. It could have had a more integrated look with the headliner but it instead just looks like a plate that was tacked over it instead.
The ashtray cover also is nowhere near flush on my car. the right edge of it toward the bottom sticks up pretty far, and the top of the lid looks like it sits too far back in the dash. Definately looks bad for a car this expensive.
Other than that there really isn't anything that I've noticed so far. The interior on mine is basically rattle free except for the passenger side door @ 38,600 miles.
