Just wondering if anyone has any pics of their interior with the wood trim kits? I personally think they look pretty sharp. To me, the center dash/column looks like they forgot the wood. Too much black plastic there. Post 'em if ya got 'em! Thanks!

will try to get some within next couple days. i think it looks awesome, but not everybody does. i was missing some more wood inside and this kit fits just perfectly. if you do a good job putting it on then it doesn't even look cheap. it's very sharp IMO.

you gotta up load them to an online source, I use xs.to, fast and easy. After you upload them, you must get the address of the picture. On xs.to them call it codes&thumbnails. Click that and them copy the address with [img[http:// [/img] in it.
Then paste the [img[url[/img] on this page and click post
Note, some the brackets are backwards to show you

Thanx, here they are!!! i didn't have much time. i only took these three. i wanted to take a detailed pic of the door trim, but it turned out to be too far...you can still see it a little bit. also, i cleaned the interior last week so it's dirty...please excuse that. if you wish to see more, let me know. as i said, i really like this thing in my car...i think it looks great.

Nice, almost exactly where I'd use it (except for the cup holder).
Also did you use any the around the fog light area?

yes, i used it there too. forgot to take a pic of that. it's a small area anyway. i saw somebody from this forum with the cupholder covered with the wood trim and that's where I got the idea of getting the whole thing. this mod is just a matter of taste, though. you saw the pics, you know where to get it and for how much. i hope it will help you. enjoy it!

I believe Javi's now-deceased Classic had a little extra wood trim on the cupholder.
It's a shame that grain doesn't match better with the factory burlwood better than it does, because that's a very tasteful color and it's not slathered on like most wood kits. Looks just about fine to me! Did you install it yourself?

AWESOME! That looks so much better (in my oppinion) than the stock black look. The woodgrain makes it look a lot more classier. Nice work. I really like that a lot.

Unlike most cheesy wood-trim kits, that one looks pretty nice. You made the right choice by not putting on the piece that goes over the climate control section. Props!

Do you think the wood kit matches the OEM?

very good question...don't know why nobody asked before. the match IMO is very good(and I mean VERY good). now, you have to realize that the stock wood in your car has faded over the years and is different color at different places. i can tell for sure that my door trim is a little different from the trim around the shifter while it is still the same wood. as you can tell from the pics...the match on the dash board (around the radio) is almost perfect. You can't compare the cupholders since the original wood isn't so close to it, therefore the match is impeccable. same with the trim around lumbar settings. the only slight mismatch would be noticable around the fog lights switch. the original door trim is a little darker, so even though the trim kit is the same color(as it is from the same package) it might be noticable to a very sharp eye. Believe me, I'm very picky in this matter so I wouldn't have anything in my car that might in a slight way look tacky or cheap. I chose this mod because I liked the idea and the proof I saw made me confident enough to go for it. I must say that I am very happy with the way it looks...very happy.
