Any thing speacial that I should know on removing the front seats in a 95? I looked under there and saw what looks like two rivets on each side of the brace in the front of the seat and the rear of the seat is hinged. I however did not see how to remove the rivets/studs. My service manual does not tell me how to do it.
thanks for your help
Joshua

There should be 2 large bolts at the rear of the seat, on the bottom track. Slide the seat all the way to the front and tilt the seat forward, then undo the bolts. I'm pretty sure that they're a 50 star head. Then push the seat forward and undo all the connections at the very bottom, 3 electrical and 1 air hose. While tilted forward, tug the seat back, towards the rear and lift out. Probably easier to go out the rear door. The seat will be a little tall do take directly out the front. Having a buddy helps too. EDIT: I forgot to add to remove the plastic, track toes protector thingies first. Makes things easier lol.

WoW! such great detail. Thanks a bunch for the help. You make it sound so easy. By the way, that is a nice amp. I would like to have the kicker kx700.5. Do you have any overheating problems with that amp?
thanks again, Joshua

No problem, I'm in the process of installing the rest of my new stereo stuff as we speak, so I still have the seat out.
Thanks for the amp. No issues with that, runs ice cold. It's ice cold. It's the 1200.1 model driving two CVR15" subs. It amp slightly overdrives them, so the amp stays safe. I almost got a KX850.4 for my new speaker amp, but went with an Alpine amp. Stay tuned to the Audio board for details, by the end of the week.

I need to test the forward and backward motor. When I test it from the door switch, I get a ground from both of the wires on that motor. I cant get to the wires or the bolts the way that the seat is positioned.. For some reason, the small orange wire from my door switch has melted. I have got to find out the cause of this.
