Hey guys, I'll be selling my front two MXV4+ on ebay next week. I wanted to ask if anybody was interested before I put it up there. They have about 8/32 tread left, which is still pretty good. I replaced all my tires with the new Hydroedges. I have some pics if anybody's interested.

what do you say $40 for them? my zip code is 07950. go to ups.com put that in there and it will calculate the shipping cost for you. i think they're like 25lbs each. where are you from? i'm from NJ and you're more than welcome to pick them up. let me know. i still haven't put them on ebay yet(too busy), but will do so soon if i don't get any reply.

I recently had to ship some atv tires and FedEx Ground was $60 compared to UPS $90. Just drop them off at a FedEx Kinkos.

USPS won't be.. I think the max they can carry is 30lbs anyways.. I'd stick with Fedex, unless you're shipping across nation, in which I'd go with UPS.
I think Fedex is cheaper, more locally, and UPS cheaper shipping long distances.

You can shop both prices on their websites and then make one drive to drop them off.
UPS job postings dicatate that an employee must be able to handle 70 lbs. If a package is over 70 lbs, the union requires two people to lift it. It was a big union issue in the last contract negotiations. Maybe I'm gettting senile but that's how I remember it.

He was just logged in yesterday, but perhaps didn't check this thread for some reason. Post the eBay link when you've got it. There might still be other people interested that won't see this thread in time. Also regarding shipping tires, you can ship 2 tires as 1 shipment if they are secured together (large zip ties work). This will also save you a decent amount, regardless of the carrier you use. I have a UPS account and do know that they are much cheaper than USPS for large/heavy shipments, but I don't have much experience with sending big stuff Fedex Ground or DHL.
