Anyone out there want a creampuff 2001 4.0 with only 77000 miles on it? Just recently had transmission filter and fluid changed, oil change just 300 miles ago, beautiful car. Heated seats, Bose, 12 disc changer. Did I mention clean? Has 16 in. alloy wheels that look great with the silver color. Everything work and is in excellent shape. Only reason for selling is we bought it in September and my wife started a cleaning business and needed a van--so off goes the Aurora in the Windstar...

Didn't you have some problems with this car? Sorry to hear you're selling. Another thing I want to mention is what kind of wheels are on it? If it's a 4.0, it should have 17" wheels from the factory. Did you replace them?
Good luck with the van!

Your 01 is a 3.5 liter engine. The 4 liter engine comes with 17" (different style, too) wheels, and the 3.5s came with 16" - it's a common way to differentiate the 3.5 vs. the 4.0.

Great question? We did have issues with the Air Conditioning when we bought it---2 hoses with pin hole leaks, replaced problem solved! Battery leaking--small problem--easy fix! Water in the trunk is a common problem that hasn't reared it's ugly head since I bought it--who knows? 16 inch wheels were off my Black 3.5. My cars looks great with Chrome and IMO I think the silver alloy wheels look better with the silver car! Make me an offer-it's got to go!
