On the Bonneville forum someone has posted the part numbers to the strut tower brace for the Bonneville GXP. This should fit on the Aurora as well. I might go for it and see how it goes. any improvement in handling is a plus even though the 2nd gen handles great even from the factory. The part number for the bar is 25768516. The person has not yet posted the part number for the brackets. I'll keep you all updated if you're interested.

Yes. The addition of the other one helps to stiffen it up even more. The bonneville folks have noticed a significant difference in the handling from this. The Bonneville is setup idential to the Aurora so it too has that smaller bar from the factory. GXP bar installed on a Bonneville:

Kewl. JimW did me a favor and posted that question for me. Thanks for the update Custom88. I just called my local GM dealer and he quoted me $151 Cnd ($122 USD) for that part! YIKES! That's not including the brackets! I'd still like to get the bracket part # anyway. Thanks. P.S. It's for my papa's 01 Buick LeSaber.

can someone please tell me why exactly this wont fit on the classic aurora? inquiring minds would like to know. if it's cause the bolt holes don't line up properly that's not too big a deal for me i'll drill some new ones into the bracket. if it's cause the bar is not long enough to reach either bracket when installed on the strut tower (i.e. the classic is way wider or ) then that's a problem. anybody have any ideas?
