Yes I have them on my car. They seem to work great for me although some people think they are not making alot of difference. I think they do with the help of bigger wires and better plugs.

If I got the coils I would probably get 8.5 MSD wires too. I think I would stick with the AC Delco platinum plugs though.
Accel, Summit, and Jegs all make similar coil packs.

When I bought the coils they did not and I think they still don`t have the exact wire with the right boots for the car they will just give you a generic boot .

The stock ignition is more than enough for the Aurora V8. Even if you had many other supporting mods, you probably still would not need the ignition. It's probably wasting money more than anything. Stick with your stock coils unless you have a problem. If you have a problem, then you might consider the aftermarket coils then. Otherwise, I would not.
