Crest Cadillac/Oldsmobile in Syracuse, NY, filed a suit
against GM back in January. There was one notable
remark in the papers served on GM: "Crest’s complaint alleges that before Dec. 12, 2000, GM told its dealers that it would continue to manufacture Oldsmobiles."
That statement made me wonder: was GM's decision
to drop Olds a spur of the moment thing?
