According to the report, the officer believed there was only one man in the vehicle, but after approaching the car, he discovered there was another, lying down in the passenger seat.
The driver, at first, gave the police a different name and said he didn't have a valid driver's license.
Neither man had any identification, and as the officer checked the car's trunk, the passenger "began a stuffing movement towards his right leg and passenger floorboard," the report said.
The driver, David H. Delk, 19, of St. Cloud, Minn., had a difficult time walking and speaking, and was taken into custody for driving without a license.
The officer searched the vehicle, which revealed 131.8 grams of cocaine, a small bag of marijuana and a scale.
Delk received two municipal citations, for unsafe lane deviation and driving without a valid license. He was also charged with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, and misdemeanor counts of obstructing an officer, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The passenger, who also gave he police a false name, Antonio M. Delk, 23, of Evergreen Park, Ill., was charged with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver and misdemeanor counts of obstructing an officer, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
After police searched the car with the canine unit, more cocaine was found, hidden in a bottle of Comet cleaner and in a bottle of Carpet Fresh pet odor neutralizer.
Police also found a picture of Jesus. According to the report, religious symbols are used by drug traffickers to distract law enforcement and make them believe they're dealing with upstanding citizens.
