Scotty, Bob, Jim or Dan -
Please help me! I need one of you to go into my profile and reset my password because I am not able to log in. After you do that, I would appreciate it if you emailed me at the email address in my profile.
Thanks,
Elan
btw my s/n is erw38 (in case you don't know)

Gents, it appears Elans profile has been deleted? Can you please verify my findings. I can't seem to find the profile and any hint in the member list.

I just searched for posts made by him and they all show up as "guest", so it must be gone.

It appears so, the only thing I can guess is that his profile was deleted (by whom, I dunno).
Elan, since it appears to be gone, re-register, and I'll do my best to reinstate your credentials. Not sure how your profile managed to go kaput.

Once he re-registers with the same username, I think everything will return (post count, etc). If not it's easily restored in the Admin panel. Why it's gone in the first place is a whole 'nother issue.

What the heck happened? Did you do anything to your profile that might have had you accidentally delete your account?

Could someone somehow have gotten erw38's password & then deleted his profile?

Unlikely. Only admins can do that without a password.
Accidently self inflicted? ;D

Accidently self inflicted? ;D May not be as difficult as it seems... although the "Delete Account" button is kinda off by itself (bottom right) in any person's profile, I don't think there's an "are you sure?" warning. One click accidentally or otherwise, and we have this situation. It's easy enough to restore, but just something to be aware of.

Anything is possible and there is a chance that I did delete my profile, but I honestly don't remember pressing the delete button. It was reversed so everything is good now. No harm, no foul.
Thanks all!
