Yesterday I picked up my 2001 Aurora 3.5 from the local dealership after a repair and was very impressed with the service there. I never bring my cars do the dealer, but when the familer sounds of a bad Intermediate Sterring Shaft made themselves known, I thought this might be too big of a job to do myself. I went down to Milford Buick Pontiac GMC and dropped the car off. Not only was the job done very well, but I was given a free oil change, and car wash. They were very nice and got me a quick appointment and such. The car was perfect, no finger prints, dirty carpets, etc. I highly reccommend this dealer to anyone in southern ct. www.buickgmcofmilford.com .

I honestly wouldn't appreciate the free oil change nor a car wash, but that's great that they did a good job and went all out.

Expecially since I have a particular person I go to for that. In my case, part of why it was there was an oil change as well as fixing the sound I was hearing. I was planning on paying for the oil change, but they billed it to "internal" and put it as a credit on the paper work.

i am very happy with the dealer i use. i have been taking the Aurora there since 2004....they used to be an Olds dealer(now Chevy), and are family owned for 50 years, very honest, accomodating and reputable....not very common as far as dealers go

I have always been pleased with service from GM dealers. Our local GM dealer specialized in trucks (GMC) and recently added Chevy cars and trucks. The few times I have gone there they were always very helpful with Aurora questions and went out of their way making me a new set of ignition keys. Service with a smile, especially as they hand you the bill.

Anybody that lives down in my neck of the woods knows that www.kevinwhitaker.net/HomePageis one of the most reliable dealers around, specially since they used to be an Olds dealer. In fact my 2001 2nd gen was born there. (birth certificate, medical records, etc...) I'll share a name with ya. "Gary Smith" one great tech writer. He is a wealth of info and has helped me diag. many'a probs.
