The Leadsled threw a few shoes over the winter so I bought some replacements from the GM dealer in town. Looked for used center caps but could not find any. His advice was to put a bead of silicone sealant on the outside of each tab. Helps to hold the center cap in place and reduces vibration/shock. Pretty easy way to save $, if it works. I used aquarium sealer. BTW, the new center caps appear to have a different/better retention mechanism. Its a solid circular ring which forces the tabs into the groove in the wheel. The old ones have a ring which is bent in such a way as to extend into and thru each tab, the kink in the ring rides in the groove.
