The 300C wheels I currently have are nice, but I'm starting to get bored with them. As I've expressed before, I'm not a big fan of aftermarket wheels, so I like to switch mine out with OEM wheels from other cars with the same bolt pattern and similar offset. Here's what I've decided to go with next: They're 20" wheels from an Infiniti M45/Q45 (center caps look cool too, but they're not shown it the pic above). I'll be on the look-out for a good deal on some factory take-offs on eBay; Hopefully, I can find some on the cheap. Whaddya think? -Shawn

Are those the same bolt pattern as the Aurora? They look nice.

Work up a little Photochop on those, so we can see what they'd look like on your ride! ;D

Interestly enough, the Infinti logo is damn near like the Aurora "A', the A is a bit more organic though.
Whats the plan for the caps?

Er... Those must be from the FX45. The largest wheels ever on the M or Q-series are the 19" new-for-2006 "five-dual" spokers shown here: However, those look like the same design as the 18" wheels standard on the first-gen 2004 M45 (the old, unloved one) and optional on the 2002-05 Q45 Premium Sport. Show below:

i think a set of 18" polished G6 rims would look pretty wicked on a classic. the coupes are swoopy and hippy in a similar way. heres a pic of the satin finish. Here

However, as you mentioned, the Infiniti and Aurora emblems are similar, so that may help. Er... Those must be from the FX45. The largest wheels ever on the M or Q-series are the 19" new-for-2006 "five-dual" spokers shown here: Poop... I just did some looking around, and you're right - those wheels are from an FX35/FX45. That's too bad too, because I believe the FX is RWD. As a result, the FX wheels may have too high of an offset for the Aurora. I'll have to do some math... Either way, here are some pics of them on the FX models: -Shawn

They would also look real nice on the Auroras. I say go for it.

Javi, I may be biased, as the 300M Special is one of my favourite cars, but if I had yer car, I'd be leaving the stock 18's on, they look so proper. But anyhow, I'm all for OE rims on different cars

As are both generations of M35/45. It doesn't make a difference, as Infiniti offered the 17" Q45 "Five Star" touring wheels on the 2001-02 I30t, and then the 18" Q45 Sport wheels on the I35 Premium Sport for 2003 and 2004.
Incidentally, the Maxima-based I30/35 was the last FWD Infiniti.

HereThe G6 has a different bolt pattern then typical GM 5x115. I think 5x112? But, some did ask on the ebay sellers and he comfirmed they wouldn't work. The FX is built of the G35/350Z platform (forget the name). EDIT: Bolt pattern is 5x110 for the G6

meh... that sux. good to know for the future though.
[edit] I just realized that 5x114.3 is really 5x4.5 a normal bolt patern. (<---old school)
