If so, here's a neat calculator that will tell you what size tire will allow you to maintain your original overall tire height. Pretty cool IMO. www.dsm.org/tools/tiresize.htm-Shawn

Quick note 115mm is approximately = to 4.528in. Interpreted a 5x4.5 lug pattern rim should fit only 28thousandths over.

Here's the manual calculation for tire diameter : tire section X (aspect ratio divided by 100) divided by 12.7 +rim diameter Example 235/55-17 step 1:235 x .55 = 129.25 step 2: 129.25 divided by 12.7 = 10.177 step 3: 10.177 + 17 = 27.177 inches. It's easier to carry a pocket calculator to the tire store than a laptop...

very nice L-32. i want to put some centerlines on a 98. (non-autobahn) the wheels i like are forged billet aluminum 18 x 7's with a 5 x 115mm bolt pattern. i want to wrap them in michelin pilot sport a/s plus-235/50 zr 18's. the wheels have a 42mm offset, which i don't believe is correct for the aurora. anyone know if this will work without causing problems?

Not my car, I found this on google, actually I'm almost 100% sure this is another member "pitt" 's car Also you might want to browse this thread, should be plenty of examples, one on this page actually.

its beautiful. Im definitely going with 18s . Wont be hard on my girls transmission and they will look good thank you rca. Once i get it all situated ill post pictures in the showroom. I plan on going with a black and chrome theme with her (2001) model not flooded with chrome though.

Yeah Pitt sold that car for barely over the price of the corsa exhaust IIRC It was also lowered so don't expect that stance with just putting 18's on.

2001 Aurora 4.0L, dark green Numerous Rovers!
I found two odd tires: 225/65/R17 and put them on the back. Despite the 2' greater diameter, they don't rub and the speedo is not affected. A bit rakish too.
