Folks, I have performed a search but did not find the answer to my question, so, please bear with me.
Without any type of modification, what wheels from other General Motors vehicles are interchangeable with a 2002 Aurora equipped with 16" wheels?
I have visited a few GM dealers and posed the question, however, they were unsure.
Thanking each of you in advance for your guidance.

I believe the SLS 16" wheels should be exactly the same size and offset.

Did you visit the GM parts counter or the service department. They can give you the offset of the wheels, then taking that info you can find other cars with the same size and offset and they should fit the same.

You should be good with just about any FWD vehicle by GM, from about the last 10 years. I know people have interchanged Classic and 2nd-gen Aurora wheels, which is a range from 1995-2003. As mentioned, many Cadillacs use the same offset. JimW and I both have 16" Bonneville wheels on our Auroras, mine from a '98 and his from a '00. Are you looking at a specific model to swap?

Sorry, thought you meant the exact same size. Yeah, lots and lots will interchange fine. The 3.5L wheels are 16x7".

Hi, First, thanks for everyone's response.
On numerous occassions I have visited a junkyard to buy the exact same size wheels (16") for a 02 Aurora. However I have not been able to find them.
Now, when I ask the counter person at the junkyard what other wheels may fit, they have no idea, as their inventory is by make and model only.
Therefore, based on the helpful information you folks have provided, I now have some options of other wheels that will fit.
As the old saying goes: Knowledge is power

But keep in mind that although they might all FIT, they might not all LOOK GOOD on your Aurora. Are you looking to change the look of your Aurora, buy a winter set of wheels, or was that just a question you had in mind?

Thanks for saving me some time! haha

Must have been the same place Jim got his 3800-powered list... Nearly none of those years are right. Ever hear of a '95 or '96 Intrigue? How about an '02 LSS?

LOL, how about a 1986 Cadillac SLS/STS, lol. I figured that if left the years screwy enough whoever used the list would figure the years were somewhat off, but they would help out enough.

Also, how could some of these wheels possibly fit the Aurora? Many of these vehicles came with 15" wheels stock. For example, I know the wheels from a 1988 Olds Toronado won't fit, because I have one. At most, this is just a list of vehicles with the same bolt pattern and spacing. This list does not address issues such as: caliper clearance, wheel size, and wheel offset. I think it may be a little tougher than this to get a comprehensive list of compatible wheels. So far, it seems that people have been able to use Bonneville and Grand Prix wheels with no problems. I would assume there are other wheels out there that would work, I just don't know what they are.
