Anybody know if the 16" wheels from the Alero will fit the Aurora. The six spoke polished ones look good and would keep the car "stock". Thanks.

They are 16x6.5", so they are a full inch narrower. They may also not be made/rated for that much weight.
Somewhat similar are the 16" 3.5L Aurora wheels or the 17" FWD STS wheels. They aren't exactly the same, but a similar 6-spoke design.

Are you just interested in an updated "look" without going aftermarket? JimW and I both have Bonneville wheels on our Auroras for something different, if that's your goal. Do you have a Classic (95-99) or 2nd-gen (01-03) Aurora? That will give an idea of what other stock wheels may look good also.

So does 95Mushroom, we're all sporting different Bonneville rims, from 16" up to 18"

I like the chrome spoke Alero rims that you mentioned, and they would fit - but they are pretty narrow as mentioned... 95Mushroom's 18" bonneville wheels are pretty slick if you're looking for something in that area.

I'v just been looking at options at this point. The Bonneville wheels do look good. Looking at chrome, (at this point). Tire Rack has some good packages at reasonable prices if you you don't get too far into the larger sizes. You guys and gals that are using other GM rims keeping the logos in the center or have you come up with something to put an Aurora or Olds symbol in them?

Thank you 95mushroom...nice job on your '95! How did you polish the tips? I'd like to do some stuff to my car but as a daily driver and w/ another car to toy with I don't want to do too much. Thanks again.

Thanks again. Thanks! For my tips, I used a die-grinder with a flap sanding wheel. If you don't have access to an air compressor and those tools, here's a thread with a couple ways to achieve the same results... www.aurorah.proboards47.com/index.cgi?board=Exterior&action=display&thread=1150115010&page=1
