5x114.3 technically can 'work.' There some stories of them causing catastrophic wheel stud failure on some Caddies, but for every one bad story, there's 10 positive. The thing is you have to look and see if they're 'hub centric' meaning that have a notch on the very center of the wheel to mount on the little nub on the wheel hub. I would be wary of this concept. The little circle on the hub helps align the rim during mounting. If the holes and lugs are not aligned properly in relation to this ring you will likely induce pressure, inward in the case of 5x114.3. The little circle is not load bearing, only aligning. The lugs bear the load and the pressure, and with the lug nuts' conical shape, force centering on the pattern dimensions. Something to think about.

the ford bolt pattern 114.3 is close enough to work, I have had 20" torque thrust' rims for a mustang on my classic all summer now and have had no problems with them this is kind of what i have to do at the moment. one of my rear wheels is bent to all hell and leaks (apparently i bought it like that). i tried to bang it back but im afraid of craking the wheel i have some spare 16's off of my mustang so i think i am going to swap my olds tires onto these rims. both are not hub centric so there should be no issue i have a freind with a GTP and his lug pattern is the same as the aurora. some people on his forum were putting 17" bullit wheels (same 5x114.3 as my car) from mustangs on thier cars. so we put one of my wheels on his car to check and it was fine

Not feeling that great, so I didn't spend more than a couple minutes on it. With work it would look more realistic. But I think its good enough for a visual.. Hopefully Oldsnut doesn't mind, I borrowed his pic.. Those look awesome on a 2d gen, go for it.....However, the offset puts you right at the edge of the fenderwell opening so I recommend you use 225 width tires to avoid rubbing. My 235/50-18s rub when I am turning slowly and crossing a hump like going into a parking lot. I must be in a turn to get the car to list to one side. Straight on is fine. I am working the issue now with a secret fix. If it works I will let you know. Ok, I added those little twist in spring boosters to my rear springs and that took care of the occaisional rubbing....$10 and 10 mins.....

I drove to Toledo today to pick them up. I want to see how they will look on the Aurora

Dam Latenight, they look like they belong on the Aurora. Might change everything. Why are women always trying to dress things?

still need some tire dressing Dam Latenight, they look like they belong on the Aurora. Might change everything. Yea, they do. If the CTS-V was 5 lug, or the Aurora was 6 lug, I would have a set of the V-Series alternate rims already on my Aurora. Why are women always trying to dress things? Why you asking me? You're the one with a ring on your finger.

Those were actually off of the Intrigue OSV. There were 3 Alero OSV, 2 Intrigues and the ultimate in grocery getters, a Silhouette OSV The only one to survive to my knowledge is one of the red Alero's 2 of the sets are on my buddies cars below.
