Yes indeed they are. And I'm usually all over Mississauga so, my car is easy to spot

Possibly, but a lot of the locals aren't very active around here anymore. Might be tough to get a good solid crowd out before the weather goes lousy again. I've only got about 6 weeks of motoring left in the Aurora before shes retired until next spring.

LOL, pretty quiet role call! If it's local, and on a weeknight/weekend, I don't see why I couldn't at least show up for an hour or two, minimum. Who's next???

What about the place I thought you had met up before (Hortons at Dundas and 403)? This weekend or next?

Thats ok with me. It would be good if Bruce (BNICOV) would check into this thread, get him out and over there, as well as Ryan and John, but I hardly hear from them anymore.
Saturday calls for rain, perhaps this Friday night?

Saturday calls for rain, perhaps this Friday night? Latest on 680 this AM suggests not - mix of sun and cloud. In any case, the beast is heading for Bruce the Magnficent's shop on Saturday for a half-shaft transplant (at least that's the plan of the moment). Should be finished by 10:00 or so. Or, I'll just keep driving it with a split boot. What could go wrong? BTW, cost of a new 1/2 shaft c/w boots, etc = $60. Cost of the boot alone from GM = $60. Cost to install boot or shaft is the same. I can't figure out what to do.

Ya, never just replace the boot, its always recommended to do the half shaft. Who knows what kinda road crud may have gotten into there and it would be a shame to have the boot replaced and then something else go wrong. Do the entire half shaft.
If it doesn't rain then thats perfect. I've got a photo shoot scheduled for 830 am on Sunday morning at the Docks on Polson Street. So far is looking to be Pontiacs only - 95 SSEi, 04 GTP and 09 G8 GT. If you gents are willing to brave an early morning trip downtown, I'm sure you can be accomodated.

OK. I sense the beginning of a plan here. Time for specifics. If Friday, then? If Saturday, then?
