I have a '97 Aurora black on black and I noticed that on the front bumper and rear lower quarter panel there is what appears to be similar to an orange peal. both area's are only on the fiberglass portions and it is smooth to the touch. Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of this? i tried diferent types of " scratch remover" with no luck. I will try to post some pics, but im in wisconsin and with all the snow and salt right now its not pretty.

It could be they were repainted and the painter didn't match the orange peel. Wetsanding will likely be your only solution, and you need to be careful not to sand all the orangepeel away or it still won't match. My advice would be to just live with it unless it really bothers you. Some picts would help, though.
